On April 14th, 2016 :    The Arbitration Court of International Justice (ACIJ) which  is a licensed Court of Law, with universal Jurisdiction over all matters involving International law, under UN "Declaration of Human Rights " (Articles 10, 28) UN "Remedy for Human Rights" (Articles 3(c) 5, 12, 14), UN "Right to Protect Human Rights" (Articles 1, 3, 5, 9, 1-9.2) UN "Justice for Abuse of Power" (Articles 5, 7), UN "Rights of Indigenous Peoples" (Articles 17.1, 37, 40). It's official powers and authorities are fully binding upon all countries under UN "Independence of Judiciary" (Articles 3, 9.4), even non-signatory countries by UN "Law of Treaties" (Article 3). 

The ACIJ  hereby officially confirms that H.E. AMBASSADOR JUDGE DOCTOR PERCY TAMAYO, possessing verified qualification and requisite experience, including as Protector of the UN Declaration of Rights of Indigenous People's of 2007, is duly appointed to the following Judiciary positions, to perform the relevant Judiciary functions, serving as an Officer of the Court in Official capacity:
