One of their 4 Senior Full Professors worldwide.
This is a UNESCO listed University fully recognized worldwide. They have branches in Germany, UK, Berlin , Middle East and also in Sri Lanka. His global contributions over 30 years in Therapeutic Jurisprudence combining Law and Behavioral Science have been well appreciated and rewarded.
Professor Lakshman is a senior Lawyer and Behavioural Scientist with an interest in Therapeutic Jurisprudence. Has held many senior positions globally with a background of scholarship and research exceeding 60. His research includes inter alia: The Art of State Doctrine in Anglo-American Courts; Altered States of Consciousness, e-Consciousness and Deep Meditation. In 2015 he assumed the role of International Chairman Medicina Alternativa and Chairman Global Consortium of Science and Technology.
He is the Author of four books: Organizational Behaviour and Leadership, Clinical Psychology, Buddhism & Christianity. Two of these books are listed in the Peradeniya University Library, Sri Lanka. He was one of the founders of the Brain Technology and Neuroscience Research Centre-BTNRC, Sri Lanka.
Earlier during the World Congress, in Sri Lanka Emerald Island Country , His Eminence Prof. Dr. Madhu Krishan had honoured Prof.Dr.Lakshman Madurasinghe through the hand of the then senior most Hon'ble Minister Of Sri Lanka Hon'ble John Anthony Emmanuel Amaratunga
