H.E Dr.Celso Dias,The President Of WPO (World Parliament Of Peace & Security) & TJAM (Tribunal Of Justice Arbitral Mercosul) is appointed as Patriarch And Minister Plenipotentiary by His Emminence Most Rev.Dr.Madhu Krishan,The Founder & Chairman Of Academy Of Universal Global Peace (AUGP) on the basis of the Resolution passed by the Board of International Governing Council meeting on 5th Nov' 2011.
