Leena Heiman  was born in South America, Colombia. She developed her interest in the prosperity of the community and in working towards improving the lives of the less fortunate.  As a result of the passing away of her father at a young age, she experienced many challenges which developed her strong character, compassion, sense of independence and faith.  All which attribute to her success.

Graduating in Drama, and TV production, Leena possesses more than 18 years of experience in sales and marketing, designing, renovating and selling properties with clients worldwide including: celebrities, politicians, and diplomats. Leena quickly anticipated and capitalized on market trends, identifying profit potential and always positioned herself to maximize the market share. She has represented Fortune 500 companies and has been involved in Real Estate since she was 19 years old. She effectively manages large teams in virtual, matrix, remote & outsourced environments. She is extremely effective in establishing client relationships based on creating an environment of “mutual trust.

           In 2000 Leena moved to The United States of America and became a citizen. Consequently she is in constant contact with an international network of brokers and industry leaders. Leena has always felt the need to give back, to get involved, and interact with various organization mostly devoted to bettering the lives of children with special needs. She has also supported organizations dedicated to fight the war against HIV and spread awareness.

           Currently, Leena now has decided to engage herself  to make a difference on a bigger scale. There is a global need and she will utilize all her resources to make a difference. She is more than prepared to undertake this new challenge, as Leena will work to aid those that need the most.
